Jeff, Sandy and Connor Carstens, owners of Delta Restoration Services® of Lincoln and Southeast Nebraska, have more than 50 years of combined experience in the service industry. Over the last 32 years, Jeff has built an outstanding reputation in the Lincoln area as the owner and operator of Chem-Dry Carpet Care of Lincoln and, later in 2010, N-Hance Wood Refinishing.
Jeff's wife, Sandy, joined the team in 2002 as the office manager for, what would eventually be, both businesses. She has a Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
Jeff and Sandy's son, Connor, joined the team in 2015, after receiving his Criminal Justice degree from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. His dedication to helping grow Chem-Dry and N-Hance has helped set them apart from many others in their field. The Carstens' are well known for their exceptional customer service, attention to detail and high-quality work. Realizing their potential in the restoration industry, they chose to dedicate themselves full-time to the business and purchase a Delta Restoration Services® franchise of their own in order to provide even more valuable services to their already robust offerings.
